We have devised a detoxification regimen for the major organs of elimination colon, kidneys, lymph nodes, liver, lungs, skin, etc to strengthen and rejuvenate the bodies own ability to detoxify. Our main focus in this program are rejuvenating the liver and the adrenal glands to restore energy, hormones, endocrine balance, induce weight loss, and emotional balance. There are different levels of this therapy that you may choose from. For more information click here. **This program is also successfully modified as a distance program for people that are not within the Dallas / Ft Worth area.

Level 1- a 3 month program, hands-on, membership in detoxifying. You will be taught, led, and coached into a new way of living and feeling. A total detoxification of your system will be taught, along with how to recognize what is and is not good for you, 2 hair analysis, metabolic typing, food and mineral suggestions, and use of the clinic's detoxing therapies 1x a week, along with a healthy environment guide. This therapy is $1,800.

Level 2- an 8 week program consisting of a a helping hand to start. A total detoxification of your system will be taught, 1 hair analysis, food and mineral suggestions, and use of the clinic's detoxing therapies 1x a week, along with a healthy environment guide. This therapy is $995.

Level 3- This is a program where you are self-sufficient. You will have access to all of our detoxification techniques and guides, along with email support. This therapy is $220.

Lose Weight at AY Wellness. Now if you are looking for some hands-on emotional, mental, and physical support, then AY Wellness is the place for you. We focus on the endocrine system and re-setting your body's ability to abnormal stores of fat and utilize nutrients. Not only will you have dietary changes, but you will have a hair analysis to determine what vitamins and minerals your body needs. You will also detoxify your body via the infrared sauna, vibration platform, and the foot cleanse weekly. This program is a 3 month intensive program and is only for people that are SERIOUS about losing weight once and for all. 3 month program $1,800.
